All Newcomer Events: $10/person Late Fee: $5 for registrations after October 17, 2008. On site registrations will be allowed only if they do not require the scheduling of an additional heat for that event. PaymentAll payments must be received prior to the competition. No competitor numbers will be released until the entire team's invoice is paid in full. Teams requiring additional time for processing checks through their administration should set earlier internal registration deadlines. Checks should be made payable to "Harvard Ballroom" and sent to: Please include the name of the team or competitor covered by check in the memo line. When submitting a single check for multiple competitors, please include a separate list of competitors covered by that check and include their entry level (Newcomer, Bronze, or Silver).
